social media and teenager

IN, today's era each and every teenager connected to the social media in a way that they can't survive without it . social media is like oxygen for them . they think without posting or liking  the updates on social media they can't able to live more in this world . when-ever i'm alone , i usually think that what  they are actually getting through posting these selfie's !! why ? they can't think that they can utilize their most productive in such a wasteful activities . i don't want to say that one should not use his/her smart phone or internet but there should always be a limit on each and every thing is very essential .
